Introducing our newest home designs – the Simplicity Series! The name really says it all. These six very affordable designs feature simple, clean-lines on the exterior. They range from a two bedroom, 1014 square foot home to a four bedroom, 1680 square foot home. The exteriors are vinyl siding, with a wide range of colors to choose from. Garages are optional. The same attention to detail and quality Taylor is proud of goes into this Series as in all our other homes. Some of the standard features in these homes do differ from our normal Standard Features, the main one being no brick, and for a complete Simplicity Series Standard Features list, check with your New Home Consultant. As always, the floor plans can be rearranged to suit your needs!
