Donna is our Accounting and Human Resources Manager, but her role extends far beyond titles. With over two decades of experience at Taylor Homes, she embodies the knowledge, commitment, and family spirit that define our company. From Burkesville to a Career in Louisville

Donna is originally from Burkesville, Ky, and in 1996, she made the move to Louisville. Her journey here at Taylor Homes started over 20 years ago. Since then, she has become an indispensable part of our operations.

As the manager of both Accounting and Human Resources, Donna plays a crucial dual role. She ensures the financial health of our company while also nurturing our most important asset: our people. Her steady hand and deep understanding of the business have helped us navigate growth and continue to provide exceptional value to our customers across Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.

Life Outside of Taylor Homes

Beyond her professional achievements, Donna leads a full and happy life. She recently celebrated 33 wonderful years of marriage with her husband. Together, they have two children and two beloved dogs.

In her free time, Donna also enjoys couponing and shopping!
