Employee Spotlight with Blanche Buecker | Taylor Homes

Blanche Buecker, New Home Consultant for southern Indiana to central Kentucky (and everywhere in between) stumbled across Taylor Homes 10 months ago when looking for a custom home builder for her and her family. From there she applied for her current position and has been a dedicated Team Member since – proudly helping others build their own DREAM home!

Blanche, who is originally from Georgia, graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in marketing and moved to Louisville in 2012. “I enjoy working for Taylor Homes because I know I’m selling our customers a well-built, quality home that they will be satisfied with for years to come. We also have a very friendly work environment!” Her favorite part about her job is helping customers customize their new home to fit their wants and needs.

Her advice for all homebuyers is be patient. “Be patient with the process and budget for some unexpected expenses that will likely come up.” As a New Home Consultant, Blanche is always following up on messages and inquiries, meeting with customers, working up price estimates, drafting on redlines, helping customers choose options, preparing customers to begin construction and much more. Blanche is there to help every step of the way.

When not working, she spends most of her spare time with her son and husband and their 3 furbabies. Together they enjoy all of the local parks in Louisville and the zoo. Blanche likes to relax by watching her favorite tv shows (either Grey’s Anatomy or Law & Order), playing with her son, and working out with her mom group. She’d love to one day travel to Spain!
