Featured Home Design: The Tiffany

The Tiffany – Contemporary Series
1838 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths

While almost all of our home designs can be built as a Contemporary Series, the Tiffany has stood out from the rest because of its popularity with customers. And it is easy to see why! It is a handsome home and a great layout. This ranch style plan features very open common areas, split bedrooms and a study/office area (with its own half bath access). Other special touches include a separate dining room, a two-car garage and a large back porch.
Contemporary Series simply means that the exterior of the home has certain distinctive features, such as:

9 foot ceilings – Transom windows – Shake style siding – Quoin corners – Square leaded glass front door – Cultured stone – And more!

It is interesting to see how a home goes from drafting, to rendering to reality!

You can also build the Tiffany design without the Contemporary Series features, see this look below.
