Halloween is now only 4 days away! Your costumes are picked out, the candy has been bought, decorations are hung up, but you still want to have some Halloween fun. This weekend get creative with your kids and dive into some crafts.
Paper Plate Spiders
Supplies:
- Paper plates
- Paint (paint brush) or markers
- Googly eyes
- Pipe cleaners (chenille stems)
- Glue
- Scissors
- Stapler
Directions: Paint one side of 2 paper plates. Once the paint dries cut 4 pipe cleaners in half, place them in between the 2 plates and staple together. Glue on googly eyes (spiders have 8 eyes, but glue however many you’d like!). Lastly cut a hole at the top and you can hang it just as spiders hang from a web!
Puffy Ghosts
Supplies:

Directions: First cut a ghostly figure out on the white paper. Glue on the cotton balls until it is covered, either sides or just one. Cut a face out of the black paper and glue it onto the cotton balls. Cut a hole and hang a string or place it on the fridge 🙂
Supplies:
- White washable paint
- Q-tips
- Glue
- Black paper
Directions: Paint the child’s hand and park of the arm to get the full effect! Place the print onto the black paper and let dry. Cut or just place in full, Q-Tips to looks like bones. This could also be a good anatomy lesson 😉
