Winter is finally coming to an end and spring is almost here! Along with the warmer weather, longer days, and fresh blooms comes March Madness. Whether you cheer on the Kentucky Wildcats, Louisville Cardinals, Indiana Hoosiers, or another team, you’re probably getting excited about the jam packed basketball post-season and the competition of filling out the best bracket.
Roughly 70 million people fill out a bracket each year in hopes of winning the award for the best bracket. People compete against their family members, friends, co-workers, or submit their bracket online to compete in a larger competition. Websites such as ESPN and CBS Sports hold bracket 
competitions and award the most accurate bracket(s). ESPN offers a $10,000 Amazon Gift Card and a trip to the 2018 Maui Invitation if you create one of the top brackets, while other companies like Capitol One and CBS Sports also offer prizes for the best brackets.
You can also get into the March Madness spirit by hosting a game watching party. No matter what team you’re rooting for, decorate your house in your team’s colors and make some delicious snacks. If there’s nice weather, take advantage of it and have family and friends over for a cookout. Serve your hamburgers and hot dogs alongside some delicious side dishes for a perfect game-watching meal. Then for something sweet, dip Oreo’s in orange-colored while chocolate and draw on some lines with melted chocolate to have a basketball-themed dessert.
