Meet the Taylor Homes Team: Kelin Peercy

OCTOBER – KELIN PEERCY

Kelin has been providing his expertise to Taylor Homes for over 20 years!  Starting out copying blueprints, he now is a key player in the building process that goes on in the corporate office. Kelin wears many hats, including processing construction agreements, reviewing customer blueprints, coordinating with our warranty department and providing IT support company-wide.

While team members don’t have to be employed 20+ years to have a house design named after them, Kelin is certainly deserving – “The Peercy” is currently one of our most popular plans!

Kelin is a Louisville KY native and a big University of Kentucky fan. He has been married 15 years and when he isn’t busy with his athletic teenage daughter’s sports activities, you can find him out on the lakes fishing.

Taylor Homes feels lucky to have “caught” Kelin back in 1994! Thank you Kelin!
