Employee Spotlight with Rob Green | Taylor Homes

As a VP of Production, Rob Green coordinates and supervises the build process from start to finish for Indianapolis homes built by Taylor Homes. This September Rob will be celebrating his 8th work anniversary on the Taylor Homes Team!

Rob has worked in construction since 1985. He soon discovered that working for Taylor Homes made him part of a Team that cares about its customers and the integrity of the product. “I take pride in the homes that we build, and I enjoy being a part of the Taylor Homes Team,” said Rob.

He’s also proud that they were recognized by the Better Business Bureau as WINNERS of the Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.

Rob’s favorite part about his job is “handing the keys to a happy homeowner when their new Taylor home is 100% complete.” He enjoys the challenges of home building and working through all scenarios with the help of the rest of the Taylor Homes Team.

Rob has received countless compliments for his hard work and many customers leave outstanding reviews, provide Letters of Recommendation including Mr. and Mrs. Devers who said: “Rob always upheld company policies and explained what was in our best interest. If we had any concerns, he got back to us promptly. One of Rob’s personal greatest aspects is his politeness. He always treated us with respect and courtesy, using “please and thank you” in every conversation. His tact and calmness helped any confusion or concern we may have had.”

Rob is a very hard-working and determined Taylor Homes Team member. His top advice for first time homebuyers looking to build their dream home is “thoroughly research and vet any home builder before signing a contract.”

In his spare time, Rob likes to spend time with his family, especially his wife, above all else. His favorite movie is The Matrix and would like to visit Empire, Michigan!
