At Taylor Homes, we offer Extended Family Suites (EFS), which are the perfect addition to your new home! EFS are additional living spaces built on the same property as a single-family home. This allows families to live independently while remaining close to their loved ones. Extended family suites have several benefits for larger families, including providing an older family member with their own independent living space, and the option to run a rental property from their own home.
We offer three different options to build onto any of our existing home designs. However, if you have a specific home design in mind, let us know and we’ll see if it’s possible to add an Extended Family Suite to that design!
