For several years now, the jack-o-lantern spectacular has taken place at Iroquois Park in Louisville, KY. If you have yet to go, I highly recommend picking up some tickets this year and going!
The event runs from October 8th – November 1st, starting at 7:15 pm and closing at 11:00 pm (Sunday – Thursday) and until Midnight (Friday and Saturday)
The cost Sunday – Thursday is $12 for Adults and $9 for children, Friday – Saturday adults are $15 and children are $12. The money raised from this event goes to the metro parks foundation.
There are over 5,000 carved pumpkins that light up a 1/4 mile trail through Iroquois park . It is truly something that you have to see to believe. More information can be found on the website.
