Preparing a festive home for Thanksgiving!

Bring in a new tradition-

Pre -Thanksgiving Dinner everyone writes, on the stick what they are thankful for. When your guests are seated for dinner, the jar is passed around the table & everyone picks a stick to read out loud.

Light things up

Buy a box of l.e.d. lighted branches (they come in a box at target), add a few real branches (for more fullness) in a rustic container, with rocks in the bottom to hold the shape of the arrangement. Scatter some mini pumpkins for an festive Thanksgiving feel.

Add Some Color

At the Dollar Store you can get a glass hurricane pretty inexpensively. Purchase some dried beans, the picture shows: corn, beans and peas you can pick any assortment in colors that you like. Finish the look off with a festive candle and tie some twine around the hurricane.
