The decision between buying an existing home or building a new one is among the first major decisions a prospective homeowner has to make. This decision will affect the house’s cost, safety and resale value. Buying an existing house certainly has some appeal, but there are other advantages that only come with starting from scratch.
Creative Control
One of the biggest advantages of building a house is the amount of creative control the homeowner can take over the process.
