The original Hanover floor plan features 2 beds, 1 bath, 956 sq ft, and is an ideal home for narrow lots.
We took this floor plan and fully customized it for one of our homeowners. We turned a single-story home into a two-story home and gave it some Victorian charm.
The original Peercy floor plan features a nice airy feel with a wonderful 2-level foyer and a balcony overlooking the large great room. With 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths and a wrap-around porch, this plan is great for comfortable, everyday living.
For this customized Peercy, we gave this floor plan a charming farmhouse look and added some extra square footage!
The original Vista floor plan features a traditional floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, including a spectacular master suite featuring his and her walk-in closets and a full bath with dressing area. From the formal living and dining room to the bedrooms, the flow between each room is smooth and practical.
